Gingerbread composition: buckwheat flour (62%), honey (19%), ginger (3%), cinnamon (3%).

Apple cinnamon composition: buckwheat flour (75%), apple (35%), cinnamon (3%).

Sweet potato cinnamon composition: sweet potato (67%), buckwheat flour (32%), cinnamon (1%).

Carrot and ginger composition: buckwheat flour (53%), carrot (45%), ginger 2%).
